  • What is Triple Win App?

    Triple Win App is a multi service platform (APP). Once become our member, you will be entitle for all the limited time offers and discounts who cooperate with our Triple Win App. Not just that, member also can earn points and exchange gift like jewelry, watches and liquor/wine through our app. All the gifts also come with international brand like DYSON, XIAOMI and etc.

  • Is there any age requirement to sign up?

    Yes, you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of sign up.

  • How to register an account?

    Setting up an account is really easy and only takes a few minutes. You'll need to give us your contact number and then create a password, which you can use to access your account at a later date.

  • How do I change and check my account details?

    By logging in to your account using your registered phone number and password, you will be able to access your account details. You will also be able to update your login password, however if you need to change your personal information or trading pin, you will need to contact our customer service team.

  • I’ve forgotten my password.

    No problem – all you need to do is contact our customer service team by WeChat or live chat.

  • My account has been suspended.

    This happens after 3 unsuccessful login attempts. If you do enter an incorrect password on more than 3 occasions, your account will be suspended automatically as a security measure. To resolve this, all you need to do is let us know via WeChat or live chat and we can unlock your account and resend your password reminder over to your registered phone number.

  • Do I have to buy the Triple Win App?

    No. Our App is completely free to download and install.

  • Am I able to withdraw money from my Triple Win account?

    Triple Win does not have a feature that allows users to withdraw cash directly from their accounts, users may contact their up line or Triple Win for more information.

  • What are some other features does Triple Win have?

    Platinium and Gold members are entitled for Triple Win FD and USDT Trade, members can view USDT rate in the app. To learn more, kindly contact our customer service team.

  • My reload transaction is not reflected in my Triple Win account.

    Please check your credit/ debit card /online banking if there is any deduction. If the amount is learn more, kindly not reflected, please contact our customer service team and we will investigate further.

  • My reload amount is not equal to the amount reflected in my Triple Win account.

    Vaderpay charges a 2% service fee for each reload transaction.

  • What is trading pin?

    Trading pin is a 6-digit pin required for transferring MYR Point to another account.

  • I’ve forgotten my trading pin.

    All you need to do is contact our customer service team by WeChat or live chat.

  • What are the benefits of joining Triple Win?

  • How to use member discount?

    Visit our merchant store, scan and pay with QR in the app to enjoy discounts.

    You can view this information in the Rewards tab within Triple Win App

  • Will my points expire after a certain time?

    All good things must come to an end. So yes, your points are valid for 24 months, and expire thereafter. For example, points collected in January 2020 will expire in January 2022.

  • How do I redeem rewards?

    To make a redemption, just choose the item that you would like to redeem, add to your cart and check out. All rewards redeemed are final and will not be eligible for exchange. Please check our terms and conditions for more details.

  • How do I earn reward points?

    From time to time, we will release fun and interactive activities and campaigns that you can get free reward points.

  • Can my reward points be transferred to another account?

    Unfortunately, reward points cannot be transferred.

  • What is Triple Win Loan?

    Triple Win Loan is available with unsecured Personal Loan and that does not require any collateral or guarantor. This Personal Loan has a fixed monthly repayment schedule.

  • How to apply?

    Simply log in to Triple Win App and apply directly from the app.

  • Is there any handling fee or charges?

    Handling Fees will be charged on a case-by-case basis and it can be negotiated.

  • What is the minimum and maximum loan amount that I can borrow?

    There is no minimum and maximum loan amount. The loan amount approved is subject to a credit evaluation.

  • How to become a merchant?

    To become a merchant, you can proceed to register a merchant account by contacting our customer service.

  • How can merchant be assured if the payment made by user is successful?

    After the user has made the payment, merchant should receive a sms notification stating that the payment has been made successfully. Alternatively, merchant may view their statement from Triple Win Report Tab.

  • How fast can merchant receive the payment into their bank account?

    Payment will be credited into to merchant’s bank account within 1-2 working days.

  • What is Triple Win Debit Card cash withdrawal limit and charges?

    Cash withdrawals can be made at any ATM with the MASTERCARD and CIRRUS logos. Check balance via Triple Win APP or ATM is free of charge.

    Each debit card has a maximum stored value of RM10,000.

  • Where can Triple Win Debit Card be used for purchase?

    The Triple Win Debit Card can be used to pay for goods and services at MasterCard merchants store domestically, worldwide and online purchase.

  • Is Triple Win Debit Card has yearly maintenance fee?

    The annual charge is subject to a RM6+6% GST.
